Community Resource Directory
A critical component to public safety -- including the prevention of further crime and violence -- is a successful transition for offenders into effective community-based after care services.
A key component of our January 2005 Strategic Plan and Agency Vision is to “end the causes and tragic effects of crime, violence, and victimization in our communities through a collaborative effort that provides Intervention to at-risk populations and successful integration back into society”.
With this goal in mind, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) developed this community-based organization directory. The information in this directory is provided by the officers, operators, and sponsors of the programs listed. The CDCR does not specifically endorse or validate any of the organizations listed in this directory.
The Community Resource Directory includes each organization’s contact information as well as the services they provide and the primary regions they serve.
If your organization would like to be part of this directory, please submit
