THE BOARD PROPOSES to amend California Code of Regulations, Title 15, section 2041(h) Review of Life Prisoner Decisions.
THE BOARD PERMANENTLY ADOPTED this rulemaking action on February 20, 2008 after its consideration of the public comments received and the agency's response to those comments as set forth in the Final Statement of Reasons. The rulemaking file was submitted to the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) on April 24, 2008. OAL has thirty (30) working days to review the rulemaking record. Upon approval by OAL the regulation will be submitted to the Secretary of State and will be effective thirty (30) days thereafter.
