THE BOARD PROPOSES to amend California Code of Regulations, Title 15, section 2253 Voluntary Waivers, Stipulations of Unsuitability, Postponements, and Continuances
THE BOARD PERMANENTLY ADOPTED this rulemaking action on July 15, 2008 after its consideration of the public comments received and the agency's response to those comments as set forth in the Final Statement of Reasons. The rulemaking file was submitted to the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) on July 24, 2008. OAL approved the regulation on September 3, 2008 and the effective date of this regulation is November 1, 2008.
