THE BOARD PROPOSES to amend California Code of Regulations, Title 15, sections 2510 through 2513 Length and Conditions of Parole.
THE 15-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD opened on July 29, 2008 and will close at 5:00 p.m. on August 14, 2008. In order for comments to be considered by the board, they must be submitted in writing (by mail, fax or E-mail) to the Contact Person noted below no later than the close of the comment period. The 15-day public comment period is being initiated because necessary changes subsequent to the initial changes per the original 45 day period were identified. Specifically text was added by the Board of Parole Hearings in 2513 (c) (1) (double-underlined) so that the regulation fully takes into account all the elements of Penal Code 3003.5 (a)
