Hearings Operations

The Hearings Operations Division conducts:

• parole violation and revocation hearings
• probable cause hearings for Sexually Violent Predators
• commitment hearings for Mentally Disordered Offenders

It includes the Office of Policy and Appeals, which processes inmate appeals of BPH decisions, and the Central office Calendar, a clearinghouse and source of information regarding on-going cases.
