Federal Juvenile Justice Grants Program
California receives federal grant funds appropriated by Congress under the federal Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act (JJDP Act) of 1974, as amended, to develop effective delinquency prevention and intervention programs. These programs will be funded by the Corrections Standards Authority (CSA) after January 1, 2004 (formerly administered by the Governor's Office of Criminal Justice Planning). It is the CSA's goal that information, forms, and project management materials will be easily downloaded and submitted to the assigned CSA project staff for review. This site is under construction and the reader should refer back for periodic updates.

The Guide should serve as a day-to-day management tool for OJP award recipients and may also be used by subrecipients in administering their grant programs. The provisions of the guide apply to all grantor agency awards.
