Important reminder – September 30, 2008 Deadline for Annual Financial Statement for Fiscal Year 2007/2008

The following is an advance notice to STC participating agencies to alert you to the upcoming deadline for your Annual Financial Statement (AFS).
This statement is filed online through the Annual Training Plan (ATP) link on the STC website no later than September 30th. The statement shall indicate the amount of STC funds expended (by budget category) during the fiscal year 2007/2008. These categories include tuition, travel, per diem, and replacement costs.

This statement should reconcile your STC allocation received and the total allowable expenditures for the fiscal year, along with reporting the amount of the difference (if any) subject to repayment to the state. Please do not report local county or city funds expended.
Following the submission of this statement online the printed assurance statement must be signed by the agency administrator and financial officer and forwarded to the Corrections Standards Authority by mail.
