RFC SYSTEM DIFFICULTIES

We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with the on-line RFC (course certification) system. We are hopeful that these problems will be corrected during the early part of next week.

In order to avoid additional complications and redundant data entry for local departments and training providers, we are requesting that all users temporarily discontinue on-line RFC activity until further notice.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and we will let you know when you can begin using the on-line RFC system again.
