RFC On-Line System Notifications

 

 

As you know we have been experiencing intermittent problems with the RFC system. While we were in the final process of correcting these problems, we encountered an additional mal-function today. The system inadvertently sent duplicate, and, in some cases, erroneous e-mail reminders concerning over-due course material (course rosters and/or evaluations). If you received one or more of these notifications, and your records reflect that you have already forwarded the course material to STC, please disregard the e-mail. 

 

 

We have reconciled our data to ensure that future notifications accurately reflect the status of rosters and evaluations that have, or have not been filed with STC.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience all these problems have created, and we want to thank you for your patience and understanding while we resolved them.

 

 

LOCAL AGENCIES AND TRAINING PROVIDERS MAY NOW RESUME USE OF THE ON-LINE RFC SYSTEM. If you encounter problems, have questions, or need assistance, feel free to contact your assigned STC Field Representative.
