Standards and Training For Corrections Forms

Local agencies can submit all data related to the Annual Training Plan (ATP), Quarterly Report, and Annual Financial Statement (AFS) over the Internet at http://www.bdcorr.ca.gov/atp/login.asp.

STC Training Providers can conduct the majority of their activity with STC over the Internet at http://www.bdcorr.ca.gov/rfc/Login.asp.

The majority of forms used by local corrections agencies and training providers that participate in the STC Program may now be submitted on-line. Any form not available through our on-line systems can be downloaded from this page. The forms are available in the following formats:  Excel 2000, Word 2000 and PDF. Point and click on the STC form format (Excel, Word, or PDF) you wish to download and save the file directly into the directory containing your STC forms or the directory of your choice.
