The El Paso de Robles Youth Correctional Facility is located in the northern part of San Luis Obispo County. The age range of the wards assigned is 16 through 19.  This facility provides housing in both open dormitories and single rooms.

The Marie C. Romero High School provides wards with instruction in basic skills, special education services, and high school classes. Wards at this facility may participate in public service activities.

This facility also houses a specialized counseling program for wards in need of this level of mental health care.
