The E-Learning/Training Records Unit (ELTR) is responsible for providing technical support for the innovative design and development of current and future curriculum, transforming curriculum into computer-based and/or web-based learning programs. The ELTR instructs classes on computer-based courses, maintains the statewide employee training tracking system and E-Learning programs, and maintains the Office of Training and Professional Development's web sites.

The Field Training Unit (FT) provides technical support and training curriculum for In-Service Training offices statewide. This mission is accomplished by providing training opportunities for all institution staff through the provision of orientation programs, classroom training, and technical support and guidance. The FT evaluates/audits training programs to ensure implementation, standardization, and compliance of training policies and programs.

The Headquarters' Training Unit (HT) is responsible for providing liaison and technical support to Headquarters’ Offices and Training Coordinators. The HT establishes policy, instructs/coordinates Headquarters’ mandated courses, and evaluates/audits training programs to ensure implementation, standardization, and compliance of training policies and programs. The HT also manages the Headquarters training facility and related equipment and resources.
