You can access VPASS at http://visitorreservations.cdcr.ca.gov. This is the only method to schedule an appointment for a contact visit. Visitors that are unsuccessful in scheduling an appointment using VPASS can attempt to visits as a “Walk Up”. Visitors with appointments, however, will have priority in processing. Visitors who enter as “Walk Ups” will be processed as space becomes available, however, are not guaranteed a processing time.

All visitors with VPASS appointments are encouraged to arrive at the Visiting Center a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your appointment time for processing.

Please be advised that Visiting is subject to closure without notice during facility lockdowns and/or other serious incidents.

If your questionnaire is approved, the Visiting Department will notify the inmate. It is the inmate’s responsibility to inform you of the approval status.
