Tracy St. Julien

Tracey St. Julien

Tracey St. Julien was appointed to the Board of Juvenile Hearings by Governor Brown in June 2017. Ms. St. Julien had served as a Youthful Offender Parole Board Representative for the Board of Juvenile Hearings since 2008. Previously, Ms. St. Julien served as a principal consultant with the California State Assembly from 2007 to 2008, and a commissioner for the Board of Parole Hearings from 2005 to 2006. Ms. St. Julien was executive director of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, District IX, from 2001 to 2005. She served as chief of staff in the office of California State Assemblymember Curtis Tucker, Jr. from 1988 to 1996. Ms. St. Julien holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of San Francisco.







DaiNette Bowens

DaiNette Bowens

DaiNette Bowens was appointed to the Board of Juvenile Hearings by Governor Brown in June 2017. Ms. Bowens had served as a Parole Agent II, Reentry Coordinator at N.A. Chaderjian Youth Correctional Facility since 2011. She was a Parole Agent at CDCR’s Division of Juvenile Justice, Integrated Behavioral Treatment Model Team from 2007 to 2011 and held several positions at O.H. Close Youth Correctional Facility from 2000 to 2007, including Parole Agent and Youth Correctional Counselor. Ms. Bowens was a Youth Correctional Counselor at N. A. Chaderjian Youth Correctional Facility from 1998 to 2000 and a group supervisor at Heman G. Stark Youth Training School from 1997 to 1998. Ms. Bowens has a bachelor’s degree from California State University - Bakersfield.

Gilbert Infante

Gilbert Infante was appointed to the Board of Juvenile Hearings by Governor Brown in November 2017. Mr. Infante has been treatment team supervisor at the Stockton Training center in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Division of Juvenile Justice since 2015. He served in several positions at the Ventura Youth Correctional Facility from 2007 to 2015, including parole agent, senior youth correctional counselor and youth correctional counselor. Mr. Infante holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University – Fresno.
