CORRECTIONS MEDAL OF VALOR AWARDS HONORS EMPLOYEES FOR VALOR, HEROISM

WHAT:
The 21st annual California Department of Corrections (CDC) Medal of Valor ceremony. It will honor nearly 70 employees from prisons and parole regions statewide for heroism and outstanding service while on duty and in the community. Also during the ceremony, CDC will honor the memory of Correctional Officer Manuel A. Gonzalez, Jr., killed in the line of duty.
