Appendices

The Appendices allow for easy access to lengthy regulatory documents that are incorporated by reference into California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 15, Division 3. Because the documents are regulatory, any proposed changes to the documents are subject to the regulation revision process outlined in DOM, Chapter 1, Article 6.

Appendix A provides the official and current Authorized Personal Property Schedule (APPS) (Rev. 4/1/14), which is incorporated by reference into CCR, Title 15, Division 3, Section 3190. The APPS was developed for the standardization of inmate personal property throughout the State, and establishes allowable personal property based upon the security levels and privilege groups of the inmates. Appendix A is included in DOM, Chapter 5, Article 43.

Appendix B provides the official and current Religious Personal Property Matrix (RPPM) (Rev. 6/27/13), which is incorporated by reference into CCR, Title 15, Division 3, Section 3190. The RPPM was developed for the standardization of inmate personal religious property throughout the State. Appendix B is not yet included in the text of the DOM, but it is included as an appendix to ensure easy access.

Appendix C provides the official and current Milestone Completion Credit Schedule (MCCS) (Rev. 07/18), which is incorporated by reference into CCR, Title 15, Division 3, Subsection 3043(c). The MCCS lists the approved rehabilitative program performance milestones for which credit is awarded to an inmate upon successful completion. Appendix C is not yet included in the text of the DOM, but it is included as an appendix to ensure easy access.

Appendix D provides the official and current Non Disciplinary Segregation (NDS) Personal Property Matrix (Rev. 8/14/13), which is incorporated by reference into CCR, Title 15, Division 3, Section 3190. The NDS Personal Property Matrix was developed for the standardization of inmate personal property for inmates who are in segregated housing for non-disciplinary reasons. Appendix D is not yet included in the text of the DOM, but it is included as an appendix to ensure easy access.
