Commissioner Gilbert “Gil” Infante

Gilbert Infante was appointed to the Board of Parole Hearings by Governor Newsom on June 13, 2023.  Infante has served as a Commissioner for the Board of Juvenile Hearings since 2017. He held several positions at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation from 2007 to 2017, including Treatment Team Supervisor, Parole Agent I, Senior Youth Correctional Counselor and Youth Correctional Counselor. Infante earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from California State University, Fresno.
