multiple facilities to\nensure compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, and standards as\ndirected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.\n&nbsp;Coordinate construction projects to meet\npriority objectives by considering the entire scope of the project and\nreferencing the approved construction documents (e.g., plans and\nspecifications, etc.) under the general direction of the Chief, Day Labor\nProgram, and Correctional Facility (CF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.\n&nbsp;Manage the development of project\nconstruction schedules by considering the entire scope of the project and\nreferencing the approved construction documents (e.g., plans and\nspecifications, etc.) to meet priority objectives (e.g., project urgency and\ncosts, etc.) under the general direction of the Chief, Day Labor Program, CF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.\n&nbsp;Prioritize the allocation of project\nfunds, materials, equipment and staff on a regional basis to ensure timely\nproject completion utilizing construction schedules, cost estimates, project\nbudgets, etc. as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.\n&nbsp;Oversee project expenditures and budget\nby providing direction in the allocation of resources (e.g., project funds,\nmaterials, equipment and staff) by reviewing project documentation and\/or\ninspections under the direction of the Chief, Day Labor Program on an ongoing\nbasis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.\n&nbsp;Review plans, specifications, and work\ndescriptions against actual field conditions to clarify construction issues\nthrough the Construction Bulletin (CB), Request for Information (RFI), and\nChange Order (CO) process, as required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.\n&nbsp;Perform final inspection and acceptance\nof projects in order to confirm completion and compliance utilizing construction\ndocuments, design criteria, and applicable building codes as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.\n&nbsp;Prepare correspondence and reports to\nstakeholders and executive management for project status and briefing utilizing\nproject summary documents and schedules, etc. on a regular basis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.\n&nbsp;Participate in the development of\npolicies and procedures relating to the construction programs of the department\nto ensure consistency and conformity utilizing established guidelines, laws,\nrules\/regulations, and departmental policies as needed. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.\n&nbsp;<strong>Manage\nregional contracts based on approved construction documents to issue notices\n(i.e., proceed\/completion notices) and to approve or disapprove payment the facility on complex construction and\nrepair projects to minimize the impact on the facility and its programs to\ncomply with the DOM, CCR, and Title 15 as
