determine if a rescission hearing is warranted based on\ninmate\u2019s behavior since the last hearing utilizing written central file\ninformation, statements made by inmate and applicable case law at prescribed\nintervals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.\n&nbsp;Participates in three year review of\nfive year denial proceedings for inmates sentenced to life with the possibility\nof parole who have been denied parole and given a five year denial to create a\nwritten record documenting the reasons the denial period should be advanced to\nthe fourth year or remain unchanged utilizing written central file information\nand applicable case law after three year denial period. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11.\n&nbsp;Participates in three year review of\nfive year denial proceedings for inmates sentenced to life with the possibility\nof parole that have been denied parole and given a five year denial to\ndetermine if the denial period should be advanced to the fourth year or remain\nunchanged utilizing written central file information and applicable case law\nafter three year denial period. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12.\n&nbsp;Participates in rescission hearings for\ninmates sentenced to life with the possibility of parole that have been found\nsuitable for release to determine whether the inmate engaged in conduct that\nwarrants rescission utilizing written central file information, statements and\ntestimony made by hearing participants and applicable case law as required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13.\n&nbsp;Participates in rescission hearings for\ninmates sentenced to life with the possibility of parole that have been found\nsuitable for release to determine whether the decision to grant was based on\nerror utilizing written central file information, granting hearing transcript,\napplicable case law and any related relative information as required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14.\n&nbsp;Participates on special life hearing\npanels such as serious offender hearings and Penal Code 3000.1 hearings to\ndetermine suitability for release utilizing written information, statements\nmade by hearing participants and applicable case law as needed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15.\n&nbsp;Conducts due process review in all\nparole proceedings for parolees and inmates in parole proceedings to ensure\nprocedural due process in accordance with applicable statutes, regulations and\ncase law by reviewing all information available determine if continued parole supervision is in the best\ninterest of the inmate and community using documentary information as\nnecessary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>45.\n&nbsp;Suspends parole period for parolees to\norder a warrant for arrest using verbal and written information when parolee\nbecomes unavailable for supervision or is suspected of violating conditions of\nparole. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>46.\n&nbsp;Orders a warrant to be issued as a\ndetainer for parolees arrested outside of the state of California without\npermission in order to initiate extradition proceedings using
