committed to the\nCalifornia Department of Corrections (CDC), utilizing professional knowledge,\nFederal and State laws (e.g., Penal Code (PC), Title 15, Title 17, Title 22,\nregulations, etc.), Departmental Operations Manual (DOM), Administrative Bulletins\n(AB), policies, procedures, communication skills, internet, etc. under direct\nsupervision. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.\n&nbsp;Develops the tools, aids, methodology,\netc. necessary to conduct studies utilizing professional knowledge, Federal and\nState laws (e.g., PC, Title 15, Title 17, Title 22, regulations, etc., DOM,\nABs, policies, procedures, internet, computer software, etc. under direct\nsupervision. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.\n&nbsp;Implements studies to gather\/obtain\ninformation, utilizing professional knowledge, communication <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.\n&nbsp;Provides education\/training to field\nhealth care staff, custody staff regarding health care issues, new health care\ndelivery systems etc., to provide direction\/guidance to staff, quality health\ncare to persons committed to the CDC and ensure compliance and consistency with\ncourt mandates, laws, rules, regulations, utilizing professional knowledge,\nFederal and State laws (e.g., PC, Title 15, Title 17, Title 22, regulations)\nDOM, ABs, policies, procedures, computer software, communication skills, etc.\nunder direct supervision. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.\n&nbsp;Analyzes proposed health care\nlegislation, government reports, licensing surveys, etc., to identify areas for\nimprovement, make recommendations, determine the impact on department programs,\netc. utilizing professional knowledge, Federal and State laws (e.g., PC, Title\n15, Title 17, Title 22, regulations) DOM, ABs, policies, procedures, computer\nsoftware, communication skills, etc. under direct supervision. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.\n&nbsp;Prepares various written documents (e.g.\nmemorandum, correspondence, reports, etc.) to request and\/or provide\ninformation to others utilizing computer hardware\/software, communications\nskills, spelling\/grammar, laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, DOM,\netc. under direct
