laws, Departmental guidelines and policies\/procedures\nand the Institutions and Camps (I&amp;C) Manual etc. on a continuous basis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.\n&nbsp;Conduct the hiring process education, and other state,\nfederal, and county agencies concerned with rehabilitation of youthful\noffenders to enhance services and ensure public safety utilizing task force\nmeetings, emails, meetings, and memorandums in accordance with Departmental\nguidelines, policies\/procedures, DOM and Title 15. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13.\n&nbsp;Review\/evaluate case histories of\nyouthful offenders to develop an appropriate treatment plan consistent with the\nIBTM (e.g., community placement, services, resources, education, vocation) to\nensure public\/institutional safety and security and quality assurance utilizing\ncase reports, field files, Intake and Court services, WIN, and diagnostic\nevaluations, etc. in accordance with Departmental guidelines,\npolicies\/procedures, DOM and Title 15 . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14.\n&nbsp;Analyze data and factors related to\nspecific cases of delinquency to obtain evidence based knowledge in the area of\ncriminogenic risk\/needs, provide IBTM treatment modalities, and assess fiscal\nimpact by reviewing current local and national trends, research reports,\ninformation systems data, training and law enforcement intelligence in\naccordance with Departmental guidelines and policies\/procedures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15.\n&nbsp;Coordinate facility treatment services\nto ensure the overall success of the youthful offenders\u2019 rehabilitation\nutilizing IBTM, contracted vendors and services, community resources,\ncurriculum, and volunteers in accordance with Departmental guidelines and\npolicies\/procedures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16.\n&nbsp;Conduct Juvenile Justice Administrative\nCommittee Review (JJACR) hearings to address current youthful offender\nbehavior, progress, transfers, treatment goals\/objectives issues, ensure compliance with\nprocess and procedures, and offer clarification utilizing case reports,\ncommunication, WIN, and court mandates in accordance with Departmental\nguidelines, policies\/procedures, DOM and Title 15. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>31.\n&nbsp;Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual\nreports utilizing I&amp;C section 4000 data, auditing tools, WIN, and file\nreview in accordance with Departmental guidelines, policies\/procedures, DOM and\nTitle 15. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>32.\n&nbsp;Respond to youthful offender grievances\nin an attempt to resolve the specific problem utilizing verbal and written\ncommunication, evidence\/facts, WIN, due process, Americans with Disabilities\nAct (ADA) in accordance with Departmental guidelines, policies\/procedures, DOM\nand Title 15. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>33.\n&nbsp;Conduct employee inquiries in order to\nreport findings to the appropriate hiring authority utilizing evidence\/facts,\nverbal and written communication, due process and interviews with witnesses in\naccordance with Departmental guidelines, policies\/procedures, DOM, Title 15 and\nBargaining Unit contracts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>34.\n&nbsp;Respond to employee grievances, IBTM treatment programs in order to provide\nintervention services for youthful offenders utilizing contract vendors,\nevidenced based curriculum, community-based organizations, and
