1. Provide liaison service between staff, parolees\/inmates and community groups to facilitate participation in community programs utilizing risks\/needs assessments, as mandated by the Legislature and Departmental policies\/procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Provide casework services for a selected case load of clients in a program designed to assist in resolving the employment, social and community readjustment needs of parolees\/inmates utilizing program referrals, as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Assist in conducting research projects to verify compliance utilizing Departmental policies\/procedures, as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Provide counseling, support and follow-up services for a selected case load to assist parolees\/inmates in community reintegration utilizing case planning services (e.g., interviews, assessments, etc.), as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Review parole conditions on assigned cases to ensure parole conditions are met utilizing Departmental policies\/procedures, as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Participate in presentation of cases at staff meetings to share information utilizing training resources (e.g., databases, policies, etc.), as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Develop collaborative efforts with other agencies to foster successful community reintegration utilizing shared strategies\/goals, as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

18. Complete staff mandated training to maintain job proficiency utilizing In-Service-Training, On-the-Job Training, certification, etc., as required by Departmental policies\/procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

19. Conduct presentations to inform staff and paroles\/inmates of programs, housing, etc., utilizing town hall meeting, committees, pre-release classes, etc., as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

20. Document program completion (i.e., milestone) to initiate sentence recalculation utilizing departmental database, as mandated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
