\u00a0Oversee the overall operations of departmental youth facilities to ensure safety\/security using departmental instruction manuals and statewide regulations, as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. \u00a0Oversee the\ncontrol and accountability of keys, locks and safety equipment\/devices to\nmaintain safety\/security using departmental policies\/procedures, as facility management to ensure consistent application of departmental policies and procedures using departmental instruction manuals and statewide regulations, as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p the\nAssociate Director of Operations in his\/her absence to ensure the continued\noperation of the department using departmental instruction manuals and\ndepartmental policies\/procedures, as
