Provide analysis of current fleet versus future fleet needs, and report to program management.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Write reports dealing with mobile equipment operations per departmental needs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Ensure that the program is maintaining compliance with all state and federal mandates\/programs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Inspection of shops\/facilities to ensure organization and safety for all employees and incarcerated persons.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools (word, excel, access, outlook, and power-point, etc&#8230;)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11. Prioritization and managing workload of staff that are engaged in the repairing and maintaining of vehicles and equipment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12. Establish and maintain the operational manuals and maintenance records for all equipment involved with mobile equipment operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>13. Establish repair and maintenance schedules to align with program, state and federal guidelines.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14. Investigate and review accidents involving program vehicles and\/or equipment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>15. Evaluate new\/safety features of mobile equipment to ensure inclusion in future specifications, if applicable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>16. Provide analysis of cost of ownership versus lease\/rental options.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>17. Communicate effectively with program and executive staff.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>18.
