The California Health and Human Services (CalHHS) oversees twelve departments and five offices that provide a range of health care services, social services, mental health services, alcohol and drug services, income assistance, and public health services to Californians from all walks of life.
Under the general direction of the Deputy Secretary, in the office of Policy and Strategic Planning (PSP) at CalHHS, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) provides independent administrative and analytical support for executive staff over the Behavioral Health, Whole Child Health, Poverty, Homelessness, and the Children and Youth Behavioral Health programs.
