The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Children and Families, Administration of Children Youth and Families, Family Youth Services Bureau has released a Notice of Funding Opportunity for the Basic Center Program (BCP). The funding will provide emergency shelter, food, clothing, counseling, and referrals for health care to runaway youth and youth experiencing homelessness. BCP shelters are designed to keep vulnerable youth safe, while working to establish and strengthen essential community partnerships. The grants will start September 30, 2022, and will be for a 36-month project period.
The application deadline is June 27, 2022.
