The Justice Initiatives Branch (JIB) of the Managed Care Quality and Monitoring Division (MCQMD) at DHCS is hiring a Staff Services Manager III to act as JIB Chief. The position will coordinate and advise on initiatives involving individuals transitioning from incarceration to either managed care or Fee for Service. The JIB Chief is responsible for assisting in managing complex state plans, waivers, budget change proposals, and managed care programs. The JIB Chief will provide expert policy guidance on incarceration program matters to the Division Chief, Division staff, and other state departments as appropriate for MCQMD collaborative work in the administration of waivers or projects.
