Under CalAIM, many managed care plans will offer housing-related Community Supports (e.g., Housing Transition and Navigation Services, Housing deposits, and Housing and Tenancy and Sustaining Services) for people experiencing homelessness. The Corporation for Supportive Housing, with funding from the California Health Care Foundation, has developed a managed care plan handbook around housing-related Community Supports that will be presented in this four-part webinar training series for plans interested in learning best practices.
