CCJBH is seeking a Health Program Specialist (HPS) 1 position who will act as a highly skilled technical subject expert in support of behavioral and physical health care policies and programs. The HPS I will perform special projects related to program development and management, contract development and monitoring, and support the Council to identify best practices of program models.
