Some people were charged more than they should have been.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<button class=\"accordion-header\" type=\"button\"><strong>Who was affected?<\/strong><\/button>\n<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n\t\n\n<p>Some incarcerated individuals and some friends and family members who sent messages through Securus.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<button class=\"accordion-header\" type=\"button\"><strong>What has been fixed?<\/strong><\/button>\n<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n\t\n\n<p>The issue has been corrected. Messages are now being charged at the correct rate.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<button class=\"accordion-header\" type=\"button\"><strong>Will I get my money back?<\/strong><\/button>\n<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n\t\n\n<p>Yes. If you were charged too much, you will receive credit.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<button class=\"accordion-header\" type=\"button\"><strong>How will I get my credit?<\/strong><\/button>\n<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n\t\n\n<p>Friends and family will receive stamps added back to their Securus account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incarcerated individuals will receive money added back to their Securus Debit account.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<button class=\"accordion-header\" type=\"button\"><strong>When will I get it?<\/strong><\/button>\n<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n\t\n\n<p>By March 20, 2026.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<button class=\"accordion-header\" type=\"button\"><strong>Do I need to do anything?<\/strong><\/button>\n<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n\t\n\n<p>No. You do not need to take any action.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<button class=\"accordion-header\" type=\"button\"><strong>Who do I contact if I have questions?<\/strong><\/button>\n<div class=\"accordion-content\">\n\t\n\n<p>If you have questions, you can contact Securus customer support<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/q.stqlp.org\/contact-us\/index.html\">Contact Us &#8211;
