CDCR is the largest user of State-owned facilities in California State government, with over 49 million square feet of State-owned space, covering over 25,000 acres and leases totaling over 2 million square feet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cdcr-master-plan-annual-report\">CDCR Master Plan Annual Report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As specifically required by Penal Code Section 7003.5, CDCR\u2019s Master Plan Annual Report (MPAR) provides information on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proposed projects contained in the Department\u2019s most current Five-Year Infrastructure Plan to carry out CDCR\u2019s mission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current active projects during the reporting period (prior calendar year); and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Projects completed within the reporting period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The report also contains narratives, charts and graphics that detail CDCR\u2019s needs based on the incarcerated population.&nbsp; Specific sections of the report are dedicated to CDCR Population, Infrastructure, Housing Needs and Health Care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The institution tabs contained in the MPAR provide detail on active, proposed, and completed projects at individual adult institutions and juvenile facilities.&nbsp; These include capital outlay, special repair, deferred maintenance, and energy efficiency projects that maintain, modify, or add infrastructure capacity, which support CDCR\u2019s programs and operational goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/fpcm\/cdcr-master-plan-annual-report\/\">Master Plan Annual ReportS<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FPCM was created to allow CDCR to effectively manage its real estate requirements in a comprehensive manner.&nbsp; To carry out [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":90,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"hide_featured_image_on_mobile":false,"hide_featured_image_on_post_details":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-367","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
