Neil Flood

State Vice President, California Correctional Peace Officers Association

Neil Flood is one of the Rank-and-File Vice Presidents for the California Correctional Peace Officers Association.

Before following in his father’s footsteps and entering the California Department of Corrections, he worked as a farmer in Oregon.

He is now going on 17 years as a Correctional Officer having worked at both Pelican Bay State Prison and California State Prison-Sacramento.
