{"id":10082,"date":"2020-03-31T16:06:56","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:06:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-5-adult-custody-and-security-operations\/article-22-gang-management\/52070-23-3-ccms-security\/"},"modified":"2020-03-31T16:06:56","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:06:56","slug":"52070-23-3-ccms-security","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-5-adult-custody-and-security-operations\/article-22-gang-management\/52070-23-3-ccms-security\/","title":{"rendered":"52070.23.3 CCMS Security"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Computers or computer terminals that have the CCMS program shall be restricted to DAPO, gang investigators, Investigative Service Unit personnel, and OCS personnel use only.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Inmates\/parolees shall have no access to a computer or computer terminal that has the CCMS program.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The CCMS program shall be only on computers which are protected by a security system approved by the Assistant Secretary, EIS (i.e., Watchdog).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>In the event of computer failure, the authorized user shall contact the local Associate Information Systems Analyst (AISA) or EIS for assistance.
