The IERC will meet no less than quarterly. The IERC is comprised of administrative staff at the level of Associate Warden, Chief or Senior Psychiatrist and Chief or Senior Psychologist, other program staff as appropriate, and other mental health staff as appropriate, Custodial Management, Litigation Coordinator, and a Recorder who will prepare minutes from the meeting.
