{"id":10303,"date":"2020-03-31T16:07:03","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:07:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-5-adult-custody-and-security-operations\/article-38-inmate-advisory-committees\/53120-5-selection\/"},"modified":"2020-03-31T16:07:03","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:07:03","slug":"53120-5-selection","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-5-adult-custody-and-security-operations\/article-38-inmate-advisory-committees\/53120-5-selection\/","title":{"rendered":"53120.5 Selection"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>When subcommittees of the IAC are established to represent specialized segments of the inmate population participation in the election of representatives shall be limited to those inmates in the particular area or segment of the population to be represented.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Duly elected IAC representatives shall elect the temporary representative to fill a vacancy (up to one month) in IAC offices.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The election of IAC members may be by secret ballot or other democratic process.
