{"id":10767,"date":"2020-03-31T16:07:23","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:07:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-5-adult-custody-and-security-operations\/article-50-canteen\/54070-10-inventories\/"},"modified":"2020-03-31T16:07:23","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:07:23","slug":"54070-10-inventories","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-5-adult-custody-and-security-operations\/article-50-canteen\/54070-10-inventories\/","title":{"rendered":"54070.10 Inventories"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The canteen and the IWF canteen warehouse shall be closed a minimum of two days each month for inventory and reconciliation of the Inventory Reconciliation Report (IRR).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The IWF canteen warehouse shall be inventoried by a materials and stores supervisor and verified by the canteen manager.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>At least two teams consisting of either canteen civil service personnel only or two teams consisting of a civil service employee and an inmate on each team shall take separate monthly inventories of the canteen merchandise. The two counts are then compared and any differences shall be recounted. The Consolidated Inventory Report (CIR) shall be prepared by a civil service employee only.
