{"id":10854,"date":"2020-03-31T16:07:26","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:07:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-5-adult-custody-and-security-operations\/article-53-inmate-parolee-appeals\/54100-23-5-granted-third-level-appeal\/"},"modified":"2020-03-31T16:07:26","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:07:26","slug":"54100-23-5-granted-third-level-appeal","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-5-adult-custody-and-security-operations\/article-53-inmate-parolee-appeals\/54100-23-5-granted-third-level-appeal\/","title":{"rendered":"54100.23.5 Granted Third Level Appeal"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the Secretary\u2019s level action is to grant and\/or endorse a monetary claim, a written response shall be prepared, attached to the appeal package, and returned to the appellant.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Copies of granted appeals for claims of $100 or less shall be forwarded by the third level Appeals Chief to the hiring authority for payment as described in DOM \u00a754100.23.4.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Additional copies shall be sent to the appeals coordinator, and to the records office for inclusion in the appellant\u2019s file pursuant to DOM \u00a754100.23.4.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Granted second level appeals exceeding $100 shall require third level review and VCGCB approval prior to payment.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Copies of granted appeals for claims over $100 shall be forwarded by the third level Appeals Chief to the VCGCB.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Additional copies shall be forwarded to the hiring authority for inclusion in the appellant\u2019s file, to the appeals coordinator, and to the institution or Central Office accounting office BSS as appropriate pursuant to DOM \u00a754100.23.4.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t","protected":false},"parent":10815,"template":"","class_list":["post-10854","dom","type-dom","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
