A CDC Form 841 shall also be completed for an inmate whose parole is lawfully revoked because he\/she refused to sign conditions of parole. If the inmate is not physically paroled to the community, the inmate&#8217;s status shows that he\/she has been paroled, revoked, and returned the same day.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>A CDC Form 841 shall not be completed for any of the following cases:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>An inmate returned to the CDCR, but then Continued On Parole (COP) by the BPH.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>A parolee who was revoked by the BPH, but not returned to the CDCR.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>An inmate who has been returned to the CDCR from parole, but is still considered a &#8220;parolee.&#8221; Examples of these situations are a SATCU case returned for drug treatment\/&#8221;dry out&#8221; or an inmate returned for &#8220;psych treatment&#8221; only.
