All recommendations shall begin with the words, \u201cIt is respectfully recommended to the honorable court that . . .\u201d In those cases recommending probation, the specific recommendation shall begin with the phrase, \u201cIf eligible for probation\u2026\u201d Conditions of probation may be recommended.
