{"id":11114,"date":"2020-03-31T16:07:46","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:07:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-6-adult-classification\/article-8-interstate-federal-and-international-placements\/62040-8-records-and-tracking\/"},"modified":"2020-03-31T16:07:46","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:07:46","slug":"62040-8-records-and-tracking","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-6-adult-classification\/article-8-interstate-federal-and-international-placements\/62040-8-records-and-tracking\/","title":{"rendered":"62040.8 Records and Tracking"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Chief Transportation Officer shall notify the Interstate Unit of the date the inmate is removed from the Department\u2019s institution for a transfer out-of-state.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The sending institution shall prepare and package the following material for delivery to the receiving state\u2019s institution by the transportation officer:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>An up-to-date case summary.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>A copy of the inmate\u2019s Abstract of Judgment.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>A copy of the inmate\u2019s fingerprint card.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>A minimum of one front and side view photo of the inmate.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The sending institution shall record the movement as a WICC\/Interstate Corrections Compact transfer to the Interstate Unit and forward all records and files to the Interstate Unit for retention.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Inmates transferred to out-of-state placement shall be carried on the BPT\u2019 calendar in central office and shall be afforded all rights as described in the BPT\u2019s Rules 2367 through 2373.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>No later than six months prior to an inmate\u2019s parole or discharge, the Interstate Unit shall request prerelease information from the receiving state and prepare the inmate\u2019s release and clothing budget and transmit the funds and\/or clothing to the other state.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>When the inmate is to be released in the other state, the Interstate Parole Compact requirements shall be completed.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t","protected":false},"parent":11106,"template":"","class_list":["post-11114","dom","type-dom","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
