{"id":11129,"date":"2020-03-31T16:07:46","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:07:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-6-adult-classification\/article-8-interstate-federal-and-international-placements\/62040-19-processing\/"},"modified":"2020-03-31T16:07:46","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:07:46","slug":"62040-19-processing","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-6-adult-classification\/article-8-interstate-federal-and-international-placements\/62040-19-processing\/","title":{"rendered":"62040.19 Processing"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Male inmates may be referred to the appropriate local classification committee for transfer consideration to RJD, where the process will be completed.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>If recommended, the case shall be referred to the CSR for endorsement to RJD.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Those male inmates who cannot be placed in RJD general population, shall be processed at their institution of residence as indicated below, and not transferred to RJD.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the inmate is found not to be eligible for the program after his arrival at RJD, he shall be presented to a CSR for appropriate return or placement.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Female inmates shall be processed at their institution of residence by their respective Correctional Counselor, as indicated below.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The inmate&#8217;s counselor shall have the inmate complete CDC Form 830, Transfer Treaty Program Application and Certification.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The inmate&#8217;s counselor shall complete the Prisoner&#8217;s Transfer Progress Report.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>A copy of each shall be provided to the inmate and a copy placed in the inmate&#8217;s C-File.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>A copy of the inmate&#8217;s case summary and copies of the following completed forms and report shall be forwarded (as appropriate to the case) to the BPT legal counsel:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>BPT Form 1001, Life Prisoner \u2013 Decision Face Sheet.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>BPT Form 1010, Parole Decision ISL Prisoner.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>BPT Form 1094, Serious Offender Decision \u2013 Face Sheet.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>BPT Form 1095, Serious Offender Hearing \u2013 Decision (1170.2 (B)).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>CDC Form 830, Transfer Questionnaire (original).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>CDC Form 678, Cumulative Case Summary Confinement Computation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Prisoner transfer program report.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The BPT shall process the case and notify the institution of acceptance or rejection.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t","protected":false},"parent":11106,"template":"","class_list":["post-11129","dom","type-dom","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
