The Assistant Director, LEIU, shall notify the institution&#8217;s CCRM and C&amp;PR when the inmate is returned to a Department institution or has been transferred to another jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>C-File<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>In the inmate&#8217;s C-File, the CDC Form 112, Chronological History, the institution locator files and data entry to OBIS shall be posted with &#8220;OTCP&#8221; (in the same way that out-to-court cases are posted) and the date of transfer to OTCP status. The inmate&#8217;s specific location shall not be shown on any record maintained by the institution, except as may be specifically authorized by the Assistant Director, LEIU.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>BPT (BPT, Board) Calendar <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The inmate remains in the technical custody of The Director and the sending institution while on OTCP status and shall be carried on the institution&#8217;s BPT calendar.
