{"id":11273,"date":"2020-03-31T16:07:51","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:07:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-6-adult-classification\/article-11-temporary-removals\/62070-9-2-approval\/"},"modified":"2020-03-31T16:07:51","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:07:51","slug":"62070-9-2-approval","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-6-adult-classification\/article-11-temporary-removals\/62070-9-2-approval\/","title":{"rendered":"62070.9.2 Approval"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Temporary removals for medical reasons shall be approved by the CMO, the AW responsible for the inmate, and the Warden or chief deputy Warden.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Weekends, Holidays, and After Normal Work hours <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Medical emergencies requiring removal of inmates to a community medical facility occurring after normal work hours, or on weekends and holidays, may be authorized by the institution watch commander, and\/or the administrative officer-of-the-day (AOD). When time permits, the facility watch commander shall seek prior approval from the AOD for the emergency removal.
