The Warden shall immediately, upon receiving such prisoner, advise The Director in writing.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Records Office Responsibility<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The ID\/Warrants Unit will issue all &#8220;S&#8221; numbers and the headquarters OBIS staff will enter all &#8220;Admission&#8221; movements.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The following information shall be telephoned to the ID\/Warrants Unit prior to receiving an &#8220;S&#8221;
