{"id":11556,"date":"2020-03-31T16:08:13","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:08:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-7-adult-case-records-information\/article-5-central-file-and-transfer-of-records\/72030-7-transfers-out-to-court\/"},"modified":"2020-03-31T16:08:13","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:08:13","slug":"72030-7-transfers-out-to-court","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-7-adult-case-records-information\/article-5-central-file-and-transfer-of-records\/72030-7-transfers-out-to-court\/","title":{"rendered":"72030.7 Transfers Out&#8209;to&#8209;Court"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>When an inmate is transferred to another facility for out-to-court release, the following listed records only shall be transferred with the inmate:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>CDC Form 103-B Card.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Health Record (medical\/psychiatric file).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>CDC Form 120, Visiting Records Card.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Chrono or memos setting forth any special handling or needs.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Photocopy of transfer FAX or removal order.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Photocopy of last CDC Form 128-G.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Photocopy of CDC Form 812\/812(a)\/812(b).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Photocopy of CDC Form 839\/840.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Photocopy of up-to-date legal status summary.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Photocopy of current Abstract of Judgment(s).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>CDC Form 801, Departmental Detainer.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Two photographs.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The records shall be placed in a manila envelope clearly labeled with the inmate&#8217;s name and CDC number.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>All other case records shall be retained at the sending facility\/region (community correctional facility cases).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sending facility staff shall be responsible for all casework and term computations.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The en route facility shall ensure that any body receipts, court documents, or any other case material is forwarded with the inmate at the time of their return to the sending facility.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t","protected":false},"parent":11537,"template":"","class_list":["post-11556","dom","type-dom","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
