{"id":11559,"date":"2020-03-31T16:08:14","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:08:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-7-adult-case-records-information\/article-5-central-file-and-transfer-of-records\/72030-7-3-discharged-cases\/"},"modified":"2020-03-31T16:08:14","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:08:14","slug":"72030-7-3-discharged-cases","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-7-adult-case-records-information\/article-5-central-file-and-transfer-of-records\/72030-7-3-discharged-cases\/","title":{"rendered":"72030.7.3 Discharged Cases"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Region case records staff shall microfiche each inmate\u2019s\/parolee\u2019s records within 30 days of discharge.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Records of all inmates\/residents discharged directly from the facility shall be forwarded to the appropriate region to be microfiched.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th>Region I<\/th><th>Region II<\/th><th>Region III<\/th><th>Region IV<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>FSP<\/td><td>SQ<\/td><td>CCI<\/td><td>RJD<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>MCSP<\/td><td>CTF<\/td><td>COR<\/td><td>CVSP<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>CCC<\/td><td>PBSP<\/td><td>CIM<\/td><td>CRC<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>NCWF<\/td><td>DVI<\/td><td>NKSP<\/td><td>CIW<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>SCC<\/td><td>ASP<\/td><td>WSP<\/td><td>CMC<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>CMF<\/td><td>CCWF<\/td><td><\/td><td>LAC<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>SOL<\/td><td>CCWF<\/td><td><\/td><td>CAL<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td>ISP<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the microfiching is contracted to a private vendor, the region case records office shall ensure that the records are processed and forwarded to the Archives Unit.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The microfiche format shall follow the order of filing for C-Files.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>File material from satellite records, visiting, education, etc., which are included in the C-File, shall be microfiched on the appropriately designated or miscellaneous microfiche.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Not to be microfiched <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The following records shall not be microfiched and the hard copies of these files shall be forwarded to the Archives Unit with the microfiches of the C-File:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Medical and psychiatric files.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Fingerprint cards.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Photographs.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Files of discharged \u201cZ\u201d cases (those referred for diagnostic commitment under PC 1203.03).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\t<\/ul>\n\t\n\t<\/li>\n\t\n\t<\/ul>\n\t\n\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Facility\/region case records staff shall process cases of deceased inmates as provided in DOM 71020.5.8.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\t<\/ul>\n\t","protected":false},"parent":11537,"template":"","class_list":["post-11559","dom","type-dom","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
