{"id":11613,"date":"2020-03-31T16:08:16","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:08:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-7-adult-case-records-information\/article-7-extraditions\/72050-3-1-case-records-responsibility\/"},"modified":"2020-03-31T16:08:16","modified_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:08:16","slug":"72050-3-1-case-records-responsibility","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-7-adult-case-records-information\/article-7-extraditions\/72050-3-1-case-records-responsibility\/","title":{"rendered":"72050.3.1 Case Records Responsibility"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The CCRM shall contact and arrange for the appropriate agency to take custody of the inmate on the scheduled parole release date:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The local law enforcement agency if the inmate has to be taken before a magistrate.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The out-of-state agency if a waiver has been signed by a judge or upon the judge&#8217;s approval.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>An inmate\/parole violator may be released pursuant to PC 4755 for the convenience of an out-of-state transporting agency.
