{"id":11705,"date":"2020-03-31T16:08:20","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T23:08:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cdcr.test\/dom\/chapter-7-adult-case-records-information\/article-10-legal-status-information\/73010-7-2-release-dates\/"},"modified":"2024-07-25T14:39:31","modified_gmt":"2024-07-25T14:39:31","slug":"73010-7-2-release-dates","status":"publish","type":"dom","link":"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/dom\/chapter-7-adult-case-records-information\/article-10-legal-status-information\/73010-7-2-release-dates\/","title":{"rendered":"73010.7.2 Release Dates"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The OBIS Computer will calculate, with exceptions, the following release dates and reflect them on the face sheet.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>DSL Non-IW\/TIP and Non-Vested DSL IW\/TIP Cases:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Maximum Release Date.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Minimum Release Date.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Maximum Adjusted Release Date.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Minimum Adjusted Release Date.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\t<\/ul>\n\t\n\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>DSL IW\/TIP Cases:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Maximum Release Date.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Maximum Adjusted Release Date.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Current Release Date.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Earliest Possible Release Date.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\t<\/ul>\n\t\n\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Manual Calculations<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Maximum release dates, maximum adjusted release dates and EPRDs must be manually calculated and verified for manual entry into OBIS or manual correction on the Legal Status Summary in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>When the offense data on a case(s) requires manual entry into OBIS because of program edit errors.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>When computation of a concurrent additional commitment results in a controlling maximum date on other than the controlling case.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The non-controlling maximum date shall be lined through and the controlling maximum date shall be written in.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\t<\/ul>\n\t\n\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>When vested credit is a manual entry.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\t<\/ul>\n\t\n\t<\/li>\n\t\n\t<\/ul>\n\t\n\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The EPRD on a Legal Status Summary generated by a work credit gain shall not be correct in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>When credit losses exceed credit earned at the time of the gain.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>When the gain is through the last day prior to a change in work credit earning status.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>When the correction of time collection data results in a negative balance of a fraction of .5.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\t<\/ul>\n\t\n\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Following manual calculation, the incorrect EPRD shall be lined through and the correct date as manually calculated shall be entered on the Legal Status Summary.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"688\" class=\"wp-image-32159\" style=\"width: 600px\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cdcr.ca.gov\/operations-manual\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/203\/2024\/07\/Table-73010.7.2-Release-Date.png\" alt=\"Summary of beginning and current balance sheet with multiple type of days. \nIW\/TIP Data fill in the blank for legal status summary.
