Major media attention involving DAPO programs, services, or enforcement operations that do not focus on a specific supervised person shall also be reported.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Timely and factual information shall be provided to the Director or designee in accordance with this article to ensure proper responses to administrative, media, and legislative inquiries.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Any\u00a0critical\u00a0or\u00a0significant incidents,\u00a0identified in DOM subsections\u00a081050.3.2\u00a0and 81050.3.4, that occur during normal business hours shall be immediately reported by telephone to the ADD through the chain of command. The ADD shall immediately report all known information to the Deputy Director or Director via telephone.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>When information is received after normal business hours or on a holiday, the US or Administrative Officer of the Day (AOD) shall immediately contact the ADD, CDA or CDRA by telephone. The ADD, CDA or CDRA shall then contact the Deputy Director or Director via telephone.
