Failure to abide by the provisions of the IRP or the requirements are grounds for immediate removal from the program. Reporting program participant misconduct shall be documented on the CDCR Form 1502 and shall be forwarded to the DRP ACP Captain within established time frames under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<ul class=\"cdcr-dom-group-block\">\n\t\t\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>When DAPO is notified or becomes aware that a participant has been involved in any form of misconduct or has been identified as a suspect or arrested by local law enforcement, a case conference shall be conducted by the parole agent and unit supervisor.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\n\n\t<li class=\"cdcr-dom-item-block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>If the case conference determines that the behavior warrants RTI, DAPO staff shall notify the DRP ACP Captain immediately and coordinate the return of the participant to a designated institution via county jail or direct admittance.
